Hey, I’m Tim

Why I Focus on Complex Cases

After years working with rehabilitation and chronic pain clients in Australia, I noticed a pattern: the people who ended up in my clinic were often those who'd been through the standard system without resolution.

These weren't "difficult" patients—they had complex pain patterns that required more investigation, longer treatment sessions, and techniques beyond standard protocols.

When I moved to Edinburgh, I intentionally built Relief and Restore around this population. If you've been told "just keep stretching," "it's just your posture," or "we've done all we can," I want to see what we can uncover together.

My approach combines my Australian clinical exercise physiology training with advanced neuromuscular exercise techniques to address the root biomechanical patterns driving your pain—not just manage symptoms.

With over 7 years of dedicated practice in clinical exercise physiology, I have spent years working with progressive and non-progressive neurological conditions in clinical settings and hospitals.

This has provided me with invaluable experience with chronic musculoskeletal conditions and chronic health conditions. I am extremely passionate about helping people and bring a professional, calm, patient, supportive, demeanor to my exercise interventions.

Skilled in dynamic neuromuscular stability, I now specialise in helping individuals reclaim their lives from chronic pain.

My approach combines advanced neuromuscular techniques with a deep understanding of how modern environments impact the body, ensuring you receive treatment that truly addresses your needs for lasting results.
